Midland ER310
The ER310 is a hand-crank NOAA weather radio with AM/FM, a flashlight, and USB output. Midland’s own pages do not agree on whether the internal battery is 3500 mAh or 2600 mAh, so capacity is unknown. BlackoutSmart has not tested this radio.
Region. Product page, owner’s manual, and FAQ are Midland USA pages.
Availability. The product page said the ER310 was temporarily out of stock on the retrieval date.

Other figures from the same sources
- Bands. AM, FM, and 7 NOAA weather channels from 162.400 to 162.550 MHz, listed in the manual.
- Power sources named on the product page. Solar, hand crank, and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, plus a 6 AA backup compartment.
- Flashlight. The product page says a Cree LED flashlight at 1400 lux, with an SOS beacon. Lumens were not stated, so the lumens field stays unknown.
- Solar charging, from Midland’s FAQ. The FAQ says solar charging is not meant to fully charge the radio, that solar alone will not charge a dead battery, and that a USB charge is needed first.
- Manufacturer runtime claim. The product page says the rechargeable battery gives up to 45 hours of normal use. Normal use is not defined in the captured text. This is not a BlackoutSmart measurement.

Is this a good price?
Price tracking starts when authorized retailer feeds are connected.
No retailer offer is stored for this model. A price printed on a manufacturer page is a snapshot of that page, not a market comparison. When offers are stored, BlackoutSmart will describe the low in its own file as the lowest observed since the date of the earliest stored observation.
MSRP
unknown. None of the pages cited for this model labeled a figure as MSRP. A “regular price” or a second displayed number is not recorded as MSRP.
What the manufacturer page showed
- $89.99 — Price displayed on the ER310 product page. Not labeled MSRP. Retrieved 2026-11-07.
These are snapshots of a page on that date. BlackoutSmart does not subtract two displayed figures and does not call the gap savings.
